When we do organic TikTok campaigns, we horizontally scale from the start to speed up testing
That means we hire 4-7 creators, all on their own accounts creating content

For this campaign we had a total of six creators
After 30 days, two of the creators were crushing, two of them had strong potential and the other two were slacking
We are cutting the bottom two and continuing forward with the other four to conserve spend and tighten results

2. Optimizing content and strategy
In the first 30 days, we let our creators run their own content strategy
But as some of you probably noticed already, 8.1k followers and $10k in revenue isn't that special for 4.1mil views (even though we were profitable on creator spend)

We sent out account audits to all of our creators and did a group call going over everyone's account and learnings
Every time we do this, we see an improvement in the creators’ content and views almost immediately

It took Oliver over 50 hires at Tabs before he found his creator that made him 6 figures alone
And it took me 125 organic creatives before I did $75k in sales from a single video

We know that it takes time to strike gold (even with our in-depth experience) and we can’t risk quitting too early
