Alex Hormozi has earned over $100,000,000
And he's taught 116+ salesmen the same technique to land crazy deals.
Here’s his simple 6-step CLOSER framework (steal this to sell without being scammy):
Sales start with small talk
… but keep it short.
After you’ve introduced yourself, immediately control the frame:
”Ok, here’s what we’re gonna do today:”
Then, follow this framework:
🔸 C — Clarify
“So, why are we here today?’
Get your prospect to articulate their problem.
And then ask questions to dive deeper into their:
• wants
• fears
• dreams
• wishes
Start with empathy
🔸 L — Label them with a problem
“So, it sounds like you’re dealing with X. Does that sound about right?”
You’re looking for the magic words:
“That’s right”
Important: Do NOT move on until the problem is crystal clear (for both of you).
You can’t sell the wrong solution.
🔸 O — Overview their past pain
“Tell me more about X.”
Now that you’re both on the same page, remind your prospect WHY they want to solve their problem.
Uncover their true emotional desires.
🔸 S — Sell them the Vacation
If you’re flying to Hawaii, you’re not buying the flight.
The flight sucks.
It’s noisy, uncomfortable, and there’s an overweight person spilling into your lap.
You’re buying the vacation.
Pitch them on benefits, not features and mechanisms.
🔸 E — Explain away their concerns
How to overcome the 3 most common objections:
• Price → Reinforce value
• Stall → What exactly do you need to think over?
• Decision Maker → What’s your partner gonna say?
Your goal is to understand.
If you follow those steps, it’s guaranteed you’ll close your prospect,
Unless…
they’re not the right fit for you.
And that’s A-ok.
We never want to sell someone something they don't need.
It's not about creating demand, it's about fulfilling it.
After you’ve closed the client, there’s one more step:
🔸 R — Reinforce their decision
Studies show customers suffer from massive buyers remorse within the first 48 hours.
So the key is to engineer a quick win.
Send a personalized thank you, get to work, and make your new client happy.
Have fun.
