There are 7 questions your leads are thinking about before they buy.
Here's how to answer each one of them and close the sale in your email welcome series:
• Is this a good value?
Nobody wants to get ripped off.
Everybody wants to brag about the hidden gem they found.
"It does all this and only costs $x!"
Showcase value by:
• Comparing vs alternatives
• Offering a money-back guarantee
• Emphasizing the problem you solve
• Why should I trust you?
Your leads are seeing hundreds of ads per day.
Everybody is trying to sell them something.
Why are you the company they're going to take the plunge with?
Build trust by:
• Highlighting testimonials
• Using social proof
• How does this compare?
Your leads always have other options.
How do you beat the next-best alternatives?
This is your chance to:
• Highlight your unique value props
• Show them what life looks like if they do nothing
• Why should I buy this now?
Most leads won't need your offering right this second.
So how do you push them over the finish line early?
By creating urgency:
• Keep digging at their pain points
• Create limited-time offers
• Introduce scarcity
• What results can I expect to see?
Show them the transformation they will go through.
Show their new and improved life after purchasing your product.
Bring out the emotion here.
Paint the picture of how good they'll feel when you solve their problem.
• What problem does this solve for me?
Focus on one main problem your lead is facing.
Then illustrate how your product comes in to save the day and eliminates that problem.
• Why should I care about this problem?
Sometimes your leads might not know how bad their problem actually is.
That's where you should come in with:
• Relatabe stories
• Eye-opening stats
• Show the consequence of inaction
TLDR: Answer these questions for your leads to close more sales:
Is this a good value?
Why should I trust you?
How does this compare?
Why should I buy this now?
What results can I expect to see?
What problem does this solve for me?
Why should I care about this problem?
