1. Short (!) email that pitches your service. Include the reason you’re reaching out, a one-sentence case study and a call to action to jump on a call
2. Email that contains something like “Just bumping this up”. Keep it short & sweet.

3. Ask them if there’s a better person to reach out to.
4. The case study. This can be a longer email. Describe a recent win you had and highlight learnings that the prospect can actually take action on. The more value the better.
