HOW TO REGULATE YOUR EMOTIONS:

1/ Dependency
You are giving away your power.
I don’t think being a control freak is healthy.
And neither is depending on others constantly.
Find a balance.
Have faith in established relationships.
Learn to walk away from situations.
We need to put more energy into the correct things and avoid what drains us of joy.
2/ You don’t control much
Actions, thoughts and feelings are in your realm.
You want to be detailed in regulating them.
Have you taken time to identify the activities and people who don’t serve your best self?
Put your focus on what aligns with who you want to become. Ignore the rest.
What you place your attention on determines your state of being. And this is the key to life.
3/ Unpredictability
Some of this is healthy.
You want a bit of spontaneous action.
It’s a balance, and you must feel it out.
Stray to any extreme and you’ll regret it.
Have a routine and don’t be too rigid with that routine, change it up every season.
Our world has seasons for a reason.
As your life should.
