1/Possible mechanism for jab side effects?
The Spike protein has been shown to engage with Neuropilin, a receptor that is involved in patterning and development of neural, vascular, and lymphatic tissue, as well as anchoring cells to the extra cellular matrix, and cell migration.
2/ Neuropilin couples to integrin, and this coupling is associated with pancreatic cancer cell invasion, increased fibronectin fibril assembly, breast cancer initiation, cancer cell metastasis, breast cancer growth, and stem cell fate determination.
3/ In the cardiovascular system, Neuropilin transduces signals for the family of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factors (VEGFs). Interfering with Neuropilin in mice results in embryonic lethality due to widely distributed defects in vascular patterning.
4/Neuropilins are also high affinity receptors for Semaphorin ligands. Together with Plexin family signaling receptors, they control axon guidance, which is critical for patterning of the nervous system (making the right connections between neurons)
5/Neuropilins function as a central receptor to integrate competitive VEGF and semaphorin signals. Semaphorins have also been reported to function as inhibitors of abnormal angiogenesis and tumor metastasis. (Angiogenesis is the growth of new blood vessels)
6/Neuropilin expressed on CD45+ hematopoietic cells enhances endothelial expressed VEGFR-2 activation, increasing endothelial cell proliferation and angiogenesis.
7/In addition, Neuropilins function as versatile co-receptors that can interact with fibroblast growth factor (FGF), platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1).
8/With Neuropilin’s important & integrated role in mediating signal transduction in cardiovascular and neurological tissue, is it a surprise that injecting people with mRNA to turn their cells into Spike protein factories results in cardiovascular and neurological side effects?
9/ In addition, with Neuropilin’s critical role in patterning neurological and cardiovascular tissue in early development, will expression of Spike protein in the population result in increases is neurological- and vasculature-related birth defects?
10/ With Neuropilin’s involvement in regulating signals connected to angiogenesis, cell attachment, and cell growth & proliferation, will expression of Spike protein result in major increases in metastatic cancer throughout the population?

17/Summary: The jab makes cells synthesize Spike protein. Spike then binds to a protein found in cardiovascular and neural tissue called Neuropilin, which blocks other molecules from binding to Neuropilin. This interference can cause abnormal function and growth of these tissues.
