I missed these two perfect ICT 2022 Mentorship Sell Model opportunities.

During the beginning of the NY Session price took out the London Low and then rocketed up. I was tunnel-visioned on why the up moved happened and how I could have entered a trade on it.
I wouldn't let myself move on. I had to know what I could have done to catch the up move.

But it gets worse than that!
While focused on the up move, I saw NQ take out the Asian Session Highs. I saw price start to move down.

But I never zoomed into the lower timeframes and started looking for short setups like ICT Orderblocks or the ICT 2022 Mentorship Model.

After careful self-reflection I finally realized my core issue.
At my core I have insecurities about not identifying a price action move.

Upon reflecting on my internal dialogue after not identifying the bullish move up, I had thoughts along the lines of “Well, I wasn’t knowledgeable/smart enough to identify the bullish move, I don’t deserve to keep looking for other setups”.
That is really why I didn't zoom in to look for short setups.

This is a type of character flaw that ICT has mentioned in his recent Twitter Spaces. We bring our personal issues into trading and until we deal with them it is highly unlikely we will see long-term consistency in profitable trading.
Solution 1:
Going forward I need to “be present with the current price action”. That means not worrying about past moves because at any time a setup might form that I know how to trade.

I am going to specifically work on not trying to understand why a past move occurred during the NY AM Session. And to analyze moves I didn’t understand in the late afternoon or after the NY Session. (When I'm done trading)
