Most problems come from:

Some people are 40 but feel like they are 25.
Other people are 25 while feeling like they are 40.
The only difference is how they care for their body.
Not wanting to lift weights because you’ll look like a bodybuilder is like not wanting to drive a car because you’ll turn into an F1 race car driver.
Your competition ISN’T other people.
It’s instant gratification.
It’s sh#tty foods.
It’s laziness.
It’s self doubt.
It’s procrastination.
Your competition is the shit that makes you weak.
