The more porn you watch the more extreme it gets.

Orgasms are supposed to bond us to our partner.

3) Anxiety
Porn use causes 3 types of anxiety in men:
- Social anxiety
- Approach anxiety
- Performance anxiety
Nothing prevents men from interacting with beautiful women as anxiety does.
Porn-induced anxiety destroys your chances with women.
4) No confidence
The secret sauce for attracting women isn't how hot you are.
It's how confident you are.
Porn steals confidence.
You don't have to approach beautiful women if you can google them naked.
Your brain has a safety net and it's ruining your chances with women.

No wonder women are repulsed by you!
You have no confidence. You see them as objects.
