@TheCoolestCool It can be horrendous.
One of the first things I figured out was that for Digital Marketing to work in a large corporation,
you had to change the communications and interactions.
To often, they are siloed, and departments are non-communicative.
@TheCoolestCool I've worked all roles bar CE's, HR and Finance
(floor/production, QA, dispatch, sales, support, complaints etc.).
I've seen the difference comms and performance feedback has ... and push for it as hard as I can.
I honestly believe it's not "adopting brand messaging" ...

It's not the staff believing 100% the "mission statement" etc.
It's the fact that the companies that have such things,
and push them, also happen to have better internal communications, and more open data/figure sharing!
@TheCoolestCool (It's not the posters, it's the mentality that leads to those posters being put up :D)
Often, convincing people to give the numbers is as simple as explaining it will improve performance.
Reduce waste, give incentive, make people feel more involved etc.
(and it tends to work)
