1. 85% of online shoppers prefer an item with free shipping vs fast shipping

4. 66% of people do research online but buy from a brick and mortar store
5. 62% of people buy gifts the weeks before Christmas
6. 23% of people rely on social media for their decision making on gifts
7. Men and women do the same amount of shopping but on average men spend $725 and women spend $609
8. 56% of all shoppers buy gift cards
9. The categories with the highest total of holiday spending are: clothing/accessories 21%, gift cards 19%, food/beverage 14%
