Quick Sales Tip:
People’s dopamine levels are at the highest just before they purchase anything.
After purchase…dopamine levels drop to normal.
And sometimes this causes “buyers remorse”
Your sales/marketing process must have an element that eliminates buyers remorse.
How?
1. You could add a post purchase follow up call:
“Hey how’s it going? Have you gotten access to the program?
Is the car everything you expected?
If there’s any issue *insert guarantee that you have*”

2. Hidden/Unadvertised bonuses.
Everyone likes bonuses.
If you got to make a sale without them seeing every thing you had to offer?
Then informing them about more bonuses they get because of that one purchase…raises dopamine levels again.
And they feel good again.
Understanding how dopamine affects people’s buying decisions…
And engineering your sales and marketing to put it at its highest is one of the best things you can do for your business and for your customers.
