Know your history before opening your mouth:
1. Beauty standards are, were, & will be different in different parts of the world. The beauty standard during the time of Shakespeare was slight chubbiness. In today's context, the beauty standard in North Korea is high obesity. π§΅

2. Regarding women's brβ¬asts, different civilizations had different attitudes. In some places, small brβ¬asts were more preferable, such as modern day North Korea. In other places, other beauty standards. Also, "fairness" has historically meant completely different skin tones.
3. In some civilizations, "fairness" means the ideal white/yellow/brown/black tone. "Tallness" don't always correspond to the white man's standards. To understand beauty standards, it's good to have a racial lens to view things - but other views have to be incorporated too.
4. Don't push the body positivity agenda. Nothing wrong in being happy about one's body. But normalizing abnormal health is just a surefire way to make big pharma earn more money. Don't be brainwashed by the elites when the truth that you're being exploited is so obvious.
5. Also, the body positivity movement is so racist. Notice how liberals brainwash minorities in the West to believe in these crazy stuff but they themselves can afford expensive healthcare.
I will always stress on feeling good about your body, but not at the expense of obesity.
