How to make $25,000 on YouTube in 2023 (with less than $50)
- Thread -
1. Select a profitable niche
Profitable niches allow for more:
- ad revenue
- brand deals
- affiliate offers etc.
Plus, the more interested people are in your niche
The faster you will grow which = $$$
Here are a list of niches:
2. Identify video ideas & create schedule
To find content:
1. Re-make popular videos in your niche
2. Search popular topics in your niche and re-create videos with high views from small channels
3. Use VIDIQ or Tubebuddy to find videos you can rank for
Then, do this…
Next, you need an upload schedule
Determine how often and on which days you should upload
I suggest 3 videos a week
Once you start uploading, your optimal times will present themselves
The key is to make your videos habitual for your viewers…
3. Determine monetization approach
- 0-1000 subs: Affiliate offers, courses
- 1000-10000 subs: Affiliates, courses and ad revenue
- 10000+ subs: affiliates, ad revenue, courses, coaching etc.
Use all price points
Ex/$50, $150, $500
Here’s how you make $25k/year
$25,000 = ~$2,000 a month
10,000 monthly views x 0.5% conversion rate x $40 product
= $2,000
Then, as your channel grows, this income will grow as well
But, here’s the best part that I have yet to share with you…
4. Hire talent
Did I mention you can make this money with next to no work?
Build a team that includes:
- Script writer
- Voiceover artist
- Editor
- Thumbnail designer
You can hire each of these roles on Upwork or Fiverr
Here’s an example of a job posting you can steal…
5. Package videos and upload
Remember I said “next to no work”
Your only job is to review and upload each video made by your team
Add thumbnail and title
Publish and profit…
It’s that simple…
