Funny things happen to me in hotel rooms.
I was sleeping jeje in a hotel based in Maitama Abuja when the intercom starts ringing.
The time is 3am.
I pick up the phone and the hotel reception says I have a guest and her name is mama.
My brain was buzzing.

But out of curiosity (and maybe because I just wanted to have a little fun), I told the receptionist to send her up.
So...in less than 2 minutes, I heard a soft knock on my door.
I opened the door.

Apparently, the hotel I booked in Maitama had another branch in Wuse 2 with the exact room numbers.
So, what happened was the "baba alaye" who booked mama for the night was lodged at the same room number as mine in the Wuse 2 branch.
Somehow...

Mama missed it up and found her way to the Maitama branch thereby landing in my room.
We laughed about it and I bid her farewell.
