The Noble Quran & The Book Of Genesis 🧶

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.
Genesis 1:1
Your Lord is God, who created the heavens and earth in six Days, then established Himself on the throne
Quran 7:54

God said, "Let there be light," and there was light.

God is the Light of the heavens and earth.

Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, "Be," and it is.

God called the light 'day,' He called night 'the darkness.' And the evening and the morning were the first day.
Genesis 1:5
It is He Who made the Night & the Day to follow each other: for such as have the will to celebrate His praises or to show their gratitude.
Quran 25:62

God made the firmament & divided the waters under the firmament from the waters above
Genesis 1:7
Who made the earth a fixed abode & placed rivers within it & made firmly set mountains for it & placed a barrier between the two waters? Is there a god with God?
Quran 27:61

God said, "Let the waters abundantly bring forth moving creatures that has life & fowl that fly above the earth in the open firmament of the heavens."

The heavens & the earth were of one piece, then We parted them, We made every living thing from water

God created whales & every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly & winged fowls & God saw it was good.

Yet within three days, Pharaoh will lift up your head, and restore you to your place, and you will deliver Pharaoh's cup into his hand

O two companions of prison, as for one of you, he will give a drink of wine to his lord;

And the ill favored and lean fleshed young cows ate up the seven well favored and fat young cows. So Pharaoh awoke.

And the king said, "Indeed, I have seen seven fat cows [in a dream] being eaten by seven lean cows

In the morning, his spirit was troubled; he called all the magicians of Egypt & Pharaoh told his dream; none could interpret

O magicians, explain my vision." They said, "It is only a mixture of dreams, we are not learned in the interpretation of dreams"

Then the chief butler spoke to Pharaoh, saying, "I do remember my faults this day.
Genesis 41:9
But the one who was freed and remembered after a time said, "I will inform you of its interpretation, so send me forth."

The lean & ill favored young cows ate up the first 7 fat young cows.
Genesis 41:20
He said, "Joseph, O man of truth, explain to us about 7 fat cows eaten by 7 lean & 7 green ears [of grain] & others dry - so I return to the people; perhaps they will know about you"
Quran 12:46

Food will be stored in the land against the 7 years of famine, which will be in the land of Egypt; so that the land does not perish through famine."
Genesis 41:36
Joseph said, "You will plant for 7 years & what you harvest, leave in its ear, except a little to eat.

Pharaoh said, "I have set you over all the land of Egypt"
Genesis 41:41
Joseph said, "Appoint me over the treasuries of the land. I will be a knowing guardian."
Thus We established Joseph in the land to settle wherever he willed. We touch whom We will with Our mercy

Joseph's ten brethren went down to buy corn in Egypt.

And the brothers of Joseph came [seeking food] & they entered upon him & he recognized them, but he was unknown to them.

Hereby will you be proved, 'By the life of Pharaoh, you will not go forth from here, unless your youngest brother comes here.

Then Joseph commanded to fill their sacks with corn

And [Joseph] said to his servants, "Put their merchandise into their saddlebags

And he said to his brethren, "My money is restored"

And when they opened their baggage, they found their merchandise returned to them.

And put my cup, the silver cup, in the sack's mouth of the youngest

So when he had furnished them with their supplies, he put the drinking cup into the bag of his brother.

"Now also let it be according to your words, he with whom it is found (the cup) will be my servant & you will be blameless."

Joseph’s brothers said, “The price will be the enslavement of the one in whose bag the cup is found.”

He searched & began at the eldest & left at the youngest, the cup was found in Benjamin's sack.

He began the search with their bags before the bag of his brother; then he extracted it from the bag of his brother (Benjamin) Thus, We planned for Joseph.

Now therefore, please let your servant abide instead of the lad

They said, "O 'Azeez, indeed he has a very old father, so take one of us in place of him. Indeed, we see you as a doer of good."

Joseph said to his brethren, "Please come near me." & they came near. He said, "I [am] your brother Joseph, whom you sold into Egypt.
Genesis 45:4
They said, "Are you Joseph?" He said "I am Joseph & this is my brother. God has favored us.
Quran 12:90

Now therefore do not be grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that you sold me here, for God sent me before you to preserve life.

He said, "There will be no blame upon you today. God will forgive you; and He is the most Merciful of the merciful."

12 tribes of Israel & this is which their father spoke to them & blessed them; he blessed every one according to his blessing.

God already taken a covenant from the Children of Israel, We raised 12 tribes from among them. God said, "I am with you"

You will say to Joseph, 'Please forgive your brethren & their sin; they did evil to you' Joseph wept when they spoke to him

"O father, ask forgiveness for our sins for us;
"I will ask forgiveness for you from my Lord. it is He who is Forgiving, Merciful"
