US FUNDING:
Combat Casualty Care Research Program (in Ukraine) sole source award goes to Henry M Jackson Foundation.
2. Who is Henry M Jackson Foundation? It has numerous variations of the name, but it's a global nonprofit with locations all over the world. It was created by the US Congress in 1983.
So, on top of all the GOV health agencies, they also have a nonprofit for medical research $$$.
3. Reminder it was a SOLE source award, meaning no other company met the gov criteria for this research in Ukraine on the military there.
4. HMJ published "METHODS FOR TREATING NEUROLOGICAL CONDITIONS AND EXPOSURE TO NERVE AGENTS" with the US Patent Office

Publication number: 20210393615

6. More recent related GOV acquisitions: Injectors and Atropine
in 2022
Notice this is for Office of BARDA - for research
7. Diving deeper into one of the contract of the autoinjectors, the one contract is for 309k of the dual drug injectors, but it later mentions that they are seeking approximately 2 million.
They cover Protection of Human Subjects.
8. Here are the minimum requirements for obtaining the BARDA research project contract.
Essentially, we will probably never see the data or learn the results, at least not in my lifetime.
9. There was also no information provided that stated that these would be used in the Combat Care Research Program in Ukraine.
The delivery address was a DC address, so where they go from there, who knows?
10. There is enough information provided here that human medical experiments continue on the military. Whether it be ours or a foreign countries', does it matter?
Our federal tax dollars continue to fund this.
