2020 begins and i am gearing towards finishing my PhD.
Covid-19 struck.
Lockdown.
Lab work suddenly comes to a halt.
The post-covid bull run begins.

Inspiration strikes, i open a Demat account.

I started off with @_chartitude 's book recommendations.
A pirated pdf of Richard Schabaker's bible.
Remember reading it on a 6 hr long train journey from Guwahati to my village. I had taken a month-long break from work to get married.

I was hooked to Technical analysis.
I discovered the giants and wanted to consume everything in the least amount of time.
I was going crazy.

This is when I got obsessed with scanners

Felt lost for weeks.

Through him, i read the legend Stan Weinstein.
And fuck me. It all made sense overnight.
All my pain vanished.
I was saved.
The demons in my head disappeared.
I felt like I found peace.

The next few months were intense.
I became obsessed with studying every profitable trader, every profitable strategy there was.
I discovered @TraderLion_ and @RichardMoglen
Heard @StanWeinstein13 and @markminervini and felt like hearing the Gods themselves speak.

@TraderLion_ opened up a whole new chapter of learning.
I can safely bet that i have watched every interview @RichardMoglen has ever done on the channel.

Confidence grew each day.
I changed my handle now. Got rid of "Amateur Chartist".
Started to act as an authority rather than a consumer of charts.

I had now begun to create value.
Put myself out there.
Stopped worrying about looking stupid.
Then,
Met this wonderful 20 yo kid, i call him OJ now @icanseeyourpix2
Guy literally inspired n pushed me.
Watched 1 of his course video where he had a bunch of chartink scans.

Come Monday, i felt like an expert.

During the peak bearish period mid 2022, i turned day trader for a short time.
A -40% DD of PF followed (borrowed from wife, i was broke post my wedding party ๐ฅณ)
i worked harder.

Come September 2022 i finally put out my poster of my 1st Sakatas Homma Masterclass.
That 1st sale was sweeter than anything i have ever had.
It wasn't the money but the feeling.
I have done one more after this.
And some 1 on 1 coaching.
