5. Those who vocalize their Resolution and plans are 10x more likely to achieve their goal than one who doesn't.

7. The most common New Year's Resolution is to live healthier. Followed by personal development and then Finances.
8. People aged 18-24 are over 3x more likely to set a New Year's Resolution than someone 55+
