"Tough Love" the world needs to hear for 2023.
a ๐Ÿงต:
Stop calling this coffee.
Any boss that calls you โ€œfamilyโ€ will screw you over.
If you're a boss, stop it. You didn't adopt your employees.
We all know why you're unhealthy.
Before you buy super greens and do ice baths, stop eating crap every meal.

They're too busy worrying about themselves.

There's a 50% chance your kid is below average.
They're special to you, but that doesn't mean they're special.
You can build a great business by fully remote, in-office, or hybrid.
Stop arguing about which one is objectively better.
The people saying your kids should skip higher education all attended elite colleges.
It deflects from the legacy and donor preference schemes that benefit elites.
None of these fancy health things matter if you eat like crap, sleep poorly or exercise inconsistently.
Nothing sold here will help you "live well":
That concludes my New Year's kick in the butt.
My feed now returns to the usual rainbows and unicorns.
