Not Ugandan. But have a few things to point out. Something happened here on one of the beaches on Ssese Island where am vacationing with the family. Three people just drowned because they obviously did not know the response to a drowning. First person was obviously the person
that was initially drowning. Then another person that was swimming nearby and was a good swimmer went after them to try and save them. Bad judgment. Because being a good swimmer does not necessarily make you a lifeguard that knows how to save pple. Just the sheer animal response
of someone drowning will force them to hold you and sometimes even choke you as they use you as a platform to stay afloat. Which is what happened. So both of them on the end ended up fighting for their lives. Then dives in an actual "lifeguard" after hearing people
screaming and he also did a rookie mistake. He jumped in without any floatation device. Which lifeguards never do. And it's something he should have known had he had good training. Cause the floating device is what you pass to the victim so your hands are free. All three drowned.
