5 steps to building systems that automate your growth:
Step 1: Problem Occurs
Pay attention to limiting factors.
Limiting factors are anything that slows your growth.
Ex: No matter how much water you give to a plant, if it doesn’t have sunlight it won’t grow.

The 1st step to noticing problems is to take a step back and zoom out.
Ask yourself, “What’s holding me back from faster growth?”
Usually, it’s these 3 things:
1) Lack of awareness/skill
2) Lack of system/time
3) Lack of distribution

Step 2: Consult your philosophy
Does this solution align with my values?
Ex: I could post “10 websites so good you’ll kick yourself”
But that wouldn’t align with my values.
Remember, growth for the sake of growth is called cancer.

Step 3: Test your solution
Ex: “I don’t know what to write about.”
Schedule 30min each week solely for ideation.
• Browse popular YouTube videos
• Go to Reddit or Quora
• Read a book

• Did it work? Can I make it better?
• Didn’t work? Why not?
Do you see how it’s about constant iteration?

Step 4: Document
Write down:
1) Your problem
2) Your solution
3) Why you solved it that way
So, next time you run into a problem…
You have a fully-solved problem you can use.

Step 5: Repeat
Improvement is a never-ending process.
One day, your system works fine.
The next? It’s stagnant.
Always be learning. Always be evolving.
