A lot of people easily hit $10k/month.
But very few are able to scale to $100k+/month.
Because they lack systems and automation.
Here are 10 systems that made me $2M+ in 2022 while working 4 hours/day:
1. Morning Routine
No matter where I am or how I feel, this gets done:
- Walk
- Power list
- 32oz of water
- 10 min meditation
- Love letter to money
- 3 min of cold exposure
- 10 out loud affirmations
- 10 things I’m grateful for
- Wim hof breathwork (App)
2. Animal based diet
Find a diet that works for you and stick to it:
Breakfast:
- Raw eggs
- 1/2 pound of ground beef
- 1/2 avocado
- Raw goat cheese
- Honey
- Fruit
- Bulletproof coffee
Lunch:
- 14 oz rib eye
- Fruit
Dinner:
- 14 oz NY strip
3. Content Automation
The easier it is to film, the more likely you are to do it.
Home studio setup:
- 2 camera angles (Sony A7III $ Sony A6400)
- Shure mic w/ stand
- Focusrite audio interface
- LED video lights
- OBS
- Elgato stream deck
4. Batching Content
If I had to film every day I’d go crazy.
So I do it all once per week.
- Sit down with a blank page and write down video topic ideas for 1 hour
- Shoot 7 short-form videos that will be uploaded to TikTok, YT shorts and IG reels
- Change outfit per clip.
5. Outsource Your Video Editing
Once you’re posting 1-2 videos a day you’re going to need to hire a video editing team.
I have a:
- Short-form editor
- Long-form editor
- SEO editor
I press record, the video uploads to google drive and within a day it’s posted online.
6. Hire A COO
Do what you love, and outsource what you don’t.
My COO:
- Builds funnels
- Takes sales calls
- Manages my emails
- Films client testimonials
- Interviews new employees
- Manages my subscriptions
I found my COO on IG but you can hire yours on LinkedIn/UpWork.
7. Partner With Operations
I own 4 different businesses and I operate none of them.
I focus on what I’m good at (marketing/sales).
My operations partner:
- Onboard the clients
- Fulfills the product/service
- Handles customer service
- Handles finances
8. Resistance Training
It starts with the body and ends with the mind.
5 days per week:
- Go to the gym
- Work with a personal trainer
- Stretch
On the weekends I do an active recovery with:
- Tennis
- Hiking
- Walks
9. Read
I read 50 books per year.
My reading tips:
- Read what interests you
- If you’re not having fun, move on
- Read in the morning, at lunch and before bed
- Buy a kindle to read while you're traveling
10. Year In Review
Every New Year's Eve I create a list of:
“Things I want to continue doing this year” and “Things I don’t want to do anymore”.
I Review by going through
- pictures
- Instagram story archive
- calendar
- texts
This works wonders.
