It gives 2 findings :
1. load bearing capacity of Joshimath strata is low so there sud not be heavy urbanization coz our homes, flats, hotels

2. There sus not be heavy construction. Heavy structure have deep foundation so their foundation is strong but their construction requires lot of blasting, tunneling that disturbs

Joshimath is an ancient pilgrimage of Hindus that has Shankaracharya peeth and its said He performed tapasya here around 1400 years ago.

- They need to make Insta reels
- They need comfortable hotels
- Some also need beer, non veg
-Some enjoy laser light, loud music, disco
- Comfortable train, 4 lane highway
All these leads to generation of tour n tourism industry
