I have never seen a guy say he won't toast women again because the last one he toasted snubbed him, or insulted him out of her DM.
It's always women who make such utterances; "That's the last time I'll ever DM a dude."
It tells you one thing:
Woman aren't built to woo.

They can't handle the rejection that comes with hitting up random strangers and trying to kindle mutual affection.
They believe they're too irresistible, and men are too thirsty for female company, and should rejoice that a woman is in their DMs.

They also make no research into the kind of things men would like, and this is a vital part of the woo.
Men would get to know a couple of movies or ideals women would generally like, and use them to get an opening.
Women make no effort to know these things, on the contrary.

The worst is when they expect the man to be grateful he's getting some unasked attention.
Then, when it's a guy used to getting such attention, and he pushes them away, they rant about how good looking men are arrogant and deserve no female love.

Men are built to woo.
Some take it as an art, others simply... woo. But it's a gift of nature that women (unfortunately) do not share.
