1-Intl community continues to pressure on IRG to make concessions, being the "state", &party keen to launch a dialogue &ends war &suffering of citizens, &appeasement of Houthis as a "militia", a policy that has proven its failure in advancing peace path in the past years.
2-A question arises, what are the agreements that the Houthi militia has implemented, has it adhered to Stockholm Agreement abt Hodeidah, Taiz siege, exchange of prisoners &abductees. what about UN truce, opening of roads, allocating revenues of Hodeidah port to pay salaries.
3-Houthi militia continued, at Iranian instigation,to undermine all agreements, &truce &exploit it to buy time, &use violence &terrorism to impose its coup project, reap material gains, &continue to act as a proxy to implement Iranian agenda,w/o concern for humanitarian situation
4-while the govt made concessions &dealt positively &responsibly with all initiatives,affirming its commitment &absolute belief in dialogue, supporting deescalation &peace efforts according to three mechanisms &its concern to end Yemenis suffering due to war triggered by Houthis
5-Intl community must realize that its policies led to exacerbate crisis &prolonged war, &Yemenis suffering, who feel let down, &paying a heavy price for Houthi crimes &violations, &continuing this approach will have future risks to security and peace in Yemen, region &the world.
6-Intl community, UN &UN envoy are urged to review their approach w Houthi militia, &refer to it as party responsible for thwarting UN truce blocking its extension,undermining deescalation &peace efforts, exacerbating humanitarian situation, &designate Houthis as terrorist group
