8. You will grow and become better the more you seek discomfort!
9. You are loved! You matter! You are good enough! Believe it.
10. Through failure, youโ€™ll learn and become stronger.
11. Your mind and body deserve the best, so always prioritize your mental and physical health.
12. You get stronger and more resilient; life doesn't get easier or more forgiving.
13. You will become wiser and more respected if you listen more and talk less.
14. Family is most important, no matter what happens, always leave them on good terms.
15. You can achieve anything you want in this life, don't set limits on yourself.
16. Have faith and be strong, life is full of happiness and tears.
17. No one is perfect so learn to love yourself.
18. Mistakes are part of life and important for you to grow
