If you prefer New York then you would hit 7-10 AM EST

What if I trade stocks?
Well you want to stick with times where volatility is high
So you have two options...
First 30 mins...so 9:30 AM EST to 10:00 AM EST
Or power hour which is the last hour. 3:00 PM EST to 4:00 PM EST
