Let's start with Chris Cornell
Chris and his wife Operated a foundation called the Chris & Vicky Cornell Foundation. By their description, their foundation aimed at helping vulnerable refugee adult and children, at risk for ๐ต๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด.
Chris alluded in multiple interviews that he faced vulnerabilities in his childhood, which is what provoked compassion with his charitable actions.
In pertinence to this older version of the website, it also gives insight to what focal point exactly his foundation served. On an archived version of the website, it shows the main focus and activity of the foundation going towards the relief of child.

Evident with his work and contributions, one of Chris's last moves before his death was forwarding all proceeds from the music he wrote for a new movie at that time "The Promise" to the International Rescue Committee.

I feel like at one point I came across information that Chris and Vicky owned a charity auction website, but as I try to search, it seems to not be recalled in memory correctly, or it could be scrubbed. If that comes up again, I'll add to thread.

Here is a list of Music for Relief efforts that were made in response to natural disasters.
In 2010, a very deadly and disastrous earthquake hit the already impoverished Haiti, putting them in much more devastating matters than before. Linkin Park came in swing, employing their very own organization, "Music For Relief", to put donation efforts to action.
Linkin Park's Music for Relief did work quite a bit with Save the Children (another rabbit hole), just another side fact as we progress.
This is the crossroad we have to distinguish between some things. Yes, Music For Relief did provide aid to Haitian disaster, but I think this is the part that gets conflated with ๐ฆ๐ฅ๐ฆ very easily, and all this brings us to look at that closer.

Here is what is to believed to be the corporate backing info for SRS, Recycle Haiti, LLC. If there are other documents surrounding SRS incorporation, they are hard to find.

You guys can read through the article to gain more insight and context, however, summary: Mike, his business partners decided to start a for-profit recycling business, the supply being the plastic litter in Haiti.
So the idea was to get the plastic trash off of the Haitian streets and turned for profiting recyclable ventures like goods and clothing.
Shinoda cites that they had more supply than they could handle and were about to shut the doors for good, then they sought help from the CF

It's no secret that Ron Burkle is one of the most connected and richest individuals in our lifetime. He is notorious to be connected and buds with Bill Clinton at one point.
And yes, Epstein as well.

Since all the scandals all broke out between unveilings of Bill Clinton, Epstein, etc. their ties dissipated.
