@william15682146 @AlphaVitale I don’t think it’s correct to tar conservatives as inverted liberals out of narcissists, and I believe that liberals call “empathy” is in fact something quite close to delusional narcissism. Helping someone is a way of asserting superiority, done to flatter yourself

Often the charity doesn’t even help it’s recipient, and in many cases it makes the recipient worse. Liberal empathy imo is delusional, naive, and borders on evil

@william15682146 @AlphaVitale When you give money eg to a homeless person you are subsidizing his worst tendencies. Most people who require charity are not unfortunate; they are immoral. They have ended up in a desperate state because of their own poor choices. Liberalism wants to absolve bad people

But no, each person has a responsibility to own and conduct their own life, and ultimately it falls to them no matter what their circumstances. There is more assistance available to people now than at any time in history
