When a client says NO, do this:
76% of sales are lost due to the following sales objections:
· I am not interested
· It´s too expensive
· I need to think about it
· Let me come back to you
Most people paralyse, and lose the deal fast.
Here's how to close the sale:
I use a 3-step formula that guarantees me closing 83% of all deals:
1. Emphatise.
2. Ask questions.
3. Find solutions.
Here's how it works:
1. Empathise.
Show the customer that you understand their concerns and are willing to listen to them.
· Agree with their objection (brings their defensive barrier down)
· Acknowledge it (shows that you listened)
Then, move on to Stage 2:
2. Questions.
Find out more about the customer's objections by asking open-ended questions.
These are questions that require an extensive answer, rather than 'Yes' or 'No'.
Example:
· When you say [repeat what they said], what do you mean by that?
· Why do you feel [X way]?
This allows you to get to the root of their problem.
Helps you to understand EXACTLY what troubles them. Here are 3 example questions:
· When you say it's too expensive, what do you mean by that?
· Why do you feel like this is too expensive?
· Could you clarify, please?
Next:
3. Find solutions.
Once you have identified the root of their problems, it's time to solve it.
· Not enough money? ▶ Provide a payment plan
· Not sure it will work for them? ▶ Provide a guarantee
· Not convinced of the value ▶ Showcase a testimonial

Close the deal!
