Co is a concept-to-supply player for precision products for off-highway vehicles (“OHVs”) with a presence across the value chain & offers fully integrated engineering solutions from conceptualization, development & validation to
implementation & manufacturing of their products. Co's product portfolio includes core product verticals of 3-point linkage systems (“3PL”) & precision machined parts (“PMP”), as well as adjacent product verticals of power, take off (“PTO”), fabrications & hydraulic cylinders.
They have leading presence in manufacturing of 3PL & PMP products globally serving some of the largest global cos. Most of the Co’s products are structural & load-bearing parts of equipment & are subject to strict tolerances, specifications & process controls. Uniparts provides
replacements of 3PL parts to organized aftermarket retailers & distributors in North America, Europe, South Africa & Australia. They have also set up a warehousing & distribution facility in Hennef, Germany, which serves as their base for serving their key European customers.
In Fiscal 2022, Co’s customer base comprised over 125 customers in over 25 countries globally. Bobcat, TAFE & Kramp are some of the customers with whom they have had relationships for over 15 years, while customers like Yanmar, have a relationship for over 10 years.
Recently, they have added TSC and Kobelco Construction Equipment India Pvt Ltd (“Kobleco”) as their customer.
In India co has 5 manufacturing facilities, 2 at Ludhiana, 1 at Visakhapatnam & 2 at Noida. They have set up a distribution facility in Noida. In the United States, they
