We need the DOJ to prosecute Trump 4 trying to overthrow the govt, or selling classified docs (if there’s proof), not “just” 4 taking classified docs home. I felt this way even b4 docs were found in Biden’s office. I know they aren’t the same, but DOJ shld go big or go home. 1/

2/ The DOJ’s apparent policy of always prosecuting the smallest available crime is a problem imo. It implies that the huge crimes didn’t happen & even opens the door to false equivalences (as we are seeing).

I know it’s different. Trump kept classified documents even AFTER they were requested. For now it appears that those documents were much more sensitive than the ones Biden took. But the DOJ must take the attempted govt overthrow more seriously. That must be charged too. 4/
