First off, as a student of knowledge, you need to purify your intention towards whatever you are embarking on, don't let the reason behind your struggle to memorize the Quran be basically for worldly gains. If you can work on your intentions, you are as good as done 👍
Before we go into the method I used, let me start with the result.
With the method I'm about to show you, I spent 20days to memorize half of the Quran that's 15pgs/day.
There's another method I adopt in memorizing Hadith, it allows me memorize 80pgs, 60+ not less than 40pgs/day

That must have sounded somewhat impossible to believe, well, that's all on you Sha.
Let's start with the Quran. The Quran has 604 pages, maximum of 15lines on a page, any page with Bismillah and name of surah has 13lines. So let's work with 15lines instead.

Mathematically, if you are able to memorize just a line within 2 minutes, that's 30 mins for a whole page. Before I proceed, I used to test run my brain before commencing any memorization. How I do that is, I get a stop watch and I try to check how many seconds it'll take me to
Recite a whole line (not verse). Most times it takes me 6-7 seconds, that means in 1 minute I'll recite like 8 times. From experience, the more you recite, the faster you become (have you noticed how I recite Hadith?)

So, by repeatedly reciting, you'll later spend less than 7secs to recite a line, my second minute will have me recite close to 12 times. There for, in 30 minutes I have memorized a whole page. In 8hrs I have memorized 15pgs.
It should also be noted that, sometimes being able to memorize within mins is a gift and sometimes it could be achieved through hardwork. What you need to do is to discover what category you fall into.
Let's say you want to complete the memorization of Quran in 6 months.

You dedicate 5hrs per day to memorize 5 pages. Following the above method, if you spend 3 mins per line, you'll spend 45 mins per page, 15mins to make the page firm in your head. That's 1hr already.
Do this 4rm Mon-Friday. And revise on Saturday and Sunday. That's 25pgs/week

100pgs per month and 600pgs in 6months. Looks simple. Right?.
The problem you might have is resilience and consistency. If you can face that challenge for 6 months, you'll appreciate yourself for life. With this method, I have achieved a lot in my short years of learning.

Also, try to know when to compete with yourself and when to compete with people. They are two different things. I do both a lot. When I was in madrasah, I competed with Abdurrahman and toyyib. When I graduated, I compete(d) with myself.

What you need do is memorize half a page per day. That's 7lines today, 8lines the following day. By so doing, you'd be spending 3yrs to memorize 27juzs(540pgs), you are just 60pgs away. I do this timetable for my students studying law, medicine, pharmacy and Vet-med.
Wallaih tallaih, if you are sincere and hardworking you'll achieve a lot with proper timing and good monitoring.
As a school owner, you can modify this method to fit in your curriculum.
