@BowTiedBernard @BowTiedUM It really comes down to the individual, context, and how connected they are with plant medicines and spirituality. Protocol can look different for anyone.
@BowTiedBernard @BowTiedUM I tried high doses with Voacanga but the other constituents were not all that comfortable physically, was able to mitigate sides to a significant degree but I did have better results with longer term micro/low dosing.
@BowTiedBernard @BowTiedUM As with all sacred medicines, you must prepare yourself to encounter and process any trauma that may arise because if you donβt, it can unlock layers you may not be ready to address at that point in time.
@BowTiedBernard @BowTiedUM I just kept delving deeper and deeper into it to get it over with as fast as I could personally, despite the degree of suffering and emotional pain that arose.
