The head of the TGA, John Skerritt, knew about the deaths of young people from the Moderna product in Japan.

A month later, immediately after the roll-out in Australia commences, a 14 year old girl dies after the Moderna vaccine.
Other countries pause its use but Skerritt keeps it going, knowing that people have died in other countries too.

Yet instead of pausing Moderna - which there was no need for because there was already an alternative product in use - the TGA went into political propaganda overdrive.

So why was it so important that the Moderna investigational product was kept available in Australia when the TGA knew about deaths and there was another product available?
