If you are in your 20s and feeling lost you need to follow these 12 steps to get back on track:
1. Acknowledge your feelings of being lost and accept that it is a normal part of life.
2. Identify the root causes of your feelings of being lost, whether it be a change in circumstances, a lack of direction, or something else.
3. Set small, achievable goals for yourself to work towards, such as learning a new skill or going for a daily walk.
4. Seek support from friends and family, or consider talking to a therapist or counselor to work through your feelings.
5. Take time to reflect on your values and what is important to you, and use this as a guide for making decisions.
6. Get organized and make a plan for how to move forward in your life.
7. Practice mindfulness techniques, such as meditation to help you stay present and focused.
8. Take care of your physical and emotional well-being by eating well, getting enough sleep, and engaging in activities that you enjoy.
9. Give yourself permission to make mistakes and learn from them.
10. Be open to new opportunities and experiences, even if they are outside of your comfort zone.
11. Seek out role models or mentors who can provide guidance and support.
12. Remember that feeling lost is a temporary state, and with time and effort, you will find your way.
