A simple hack to massively improve your sleep.
The 3-2-1 Method (backed by science):
In less than one minute, you're going to access the simple 3 step system that will improve the quality of your sleep.
This is called the 3-2-1 method and it's been proven by science to help you sleep like a baby.
1. No meals at least 3 hours before sleep
Eating within 1 hour of sleep is shown to increase wakefulness at night.
This is due to the release of insulin & forcing your body to digest.
Eating before bed can shift your circadian rhythms & interfere with your quality of sleep.
2. No liquids at least 2 hours before sleep
Drinking liquids too close to bedtime may push cause you to take nighttime bathroom trips, which interferes with your sleep.
This can get worse as we age.
End all liquid intake at least 2 hours prior to bed to avoid bathroom trips.
3. No screens at least one hour before sleep
Screens emit a blue light that interferes with our circadian rhythms. It's like looking at the sun before going to bed.
Also, there's a chance something you read can activate your brain.
It's best to avoid screens 1 hour before bed.
Some things to do to further enhance the quality of your sleep:
· Journal
· 4-7-8 Breathing
· Light stretching
· Read a good book
· Get morning, afternoon, & evening sun exposure
Do these along with the 3-2-1 method & watch your sleep quality improve.
The 3-2-1 Method TLDR:
1. No meals at least 3 hours before sleep
2. No liquids at least 2 hours before sleep
3. No screens at least one hour before sleep
Do this every night and watch the quality of your sleep massively improve.
Sleep is the lead domino that makes all things better. Implement this system to enjoy a quality night of rest.
