2. Learn to actively listen
Remember this: "It's better to be interestED rather than interestING."
Ultimately, people want to talk about themselves.
The most popular word is "I".
So give people opportunities to share their stories, and give them your undivided attention.

Make solid eye contact, be engaged, and ask good follow up questions to show you're following along.

Learn to have SOME opinion that you can share on pretty much any topic, and then share those opinions.
Often times, a convo will be about something you're not familiar with.
Even in those cases, you should be able to say something instead of being silent.

For instance, I'm not big into pop culture.
Not much of a fan - never have been.
But I still stay up-to-date on whats happening in pop culture so that when it comes up in convo, especially with women, I have something to say about it.
Being a generalist also helps with this.

4. Gain life experience
If all you do is work, watch Netflix, and sleep, you wont have interesting things to talk about.
Go out, explore the world, try new cuisines, learn new languages, do crazy shit, and meet new people.
The more that you do, the more you'll have to share.

5. Find your childlike passion again
Remember how you talked about topics that interested you when you were 6?
Remember how you were really passionate and full of life about stuff like dinosaurs?
Over time, we get that beaten out of us by school and society.

Part of becoming interesting is digging deep and finding that chlidhood passion again as an adult.
Talk with enthusiasm about the things you're interested in, because enthusiasm is infectious.
When others sense you're really into something, they get into it too.
Be child-like.
