It is his/her prārabdha that the fellow with such yoga will fuck around with dharma. Only few people can overcome such a prārabdha and maintain poise (other yogas would help).

Problem is - if too many people born with such yogas - an indication that society as a whole is NOT DOING regular tarpaNa etc to their ancestors and is NOT WORSHIPPING their kuladévatā with proper decorum - which is happening. We can see this all around - including in our mirrors
In such societies, when critical mass of rebels is achieved (like it is happening with sikhs in front of our eyes), they start losing their footing and accelerate towards abyss.
