Writing's an important part of my day - it clarifies my thinking. If I can't write about it then I don't know it well enough.
And my health always take priority: good sleep, exercise, long walks, and cooking healthy food.

Small caveat: I'm fortunate enough to be doing this "full-time" and I don't have any kids.
