Here's the EXACT software stack my team and I have used to scale from $0 to $4.6M, in just over a year.

The software you use plays a massive role in your business, which is why it's key to only use the best.
I'm going to go over all of the software stacks we've used over the past year which will help you out greatly if properly implemented.
1️⃣ - Google Workspace 🌐
This is the Apple OS but for desktop.
The all-in-one stack for:
👉 Email
👉 Google Drive
👉 Calendar
👉 Sheets
👉 Slides
👉 Forms
👉 Google Meet
2️⃣ - Shopify Store Hosting
Shopify's app store can't be beaten. Any issue that arises there's most likely an app for it without the need for hiring a custom developer.
On top of that, Shopify's payments are incredible, simple to use, and 1-2 day payouts.
Must have Shopify apps:

3️⃣ - Customer Service Email Helpdesk: Gorgias
Gorgias integrates with Shopify seamlessly.
You can easily see what customers you are speaking with plus what they have previously ordered and when.
4️⃣ - Automation: Zapier
This saves hundreds if not THOUSANDS of hours by making emails, order updates, and new orders completely automated.
5️⃣ - Team Communication: Slack
A lot of people aren't a fan of Slack.
But IMO, it's the best communication software on the market and it's not even close.
6️⃣ - Payment Processors 💳
👉 Shopify Payments
👉 Klarna (finance orders)
👉 Affirm (also finance orders)
If you enjoy getting your funds locked every week, then PayPal is an option.
Otherwise, I would avoid it.
7️⃣ - Calendar Bookings: Calendly
Calendly creates an easy way to block off time, create different group meetings that work for multiple people, and it seamlessly integrates with numerous calendars.
The automated meeting reminders and questionnaire features are excellent.
8️⃣ - Banking: Wise
Can pay employees overseas in 2-3 days, receive payouts fast, and has low FOREX fees.
I don't even have a normal bank for my business, just Wise.
9️⃣ - Corporate Investing: IBKR
Excellent platform, low fees, and day-trading features if you're into that.
🔟 - Credit Card
Amex Business for domestic business/living expenses + travel. Very high FOREX fees (2.7%) so you can't submit POs on it.
Jeeves for everything else.
0 FOREX fees, solid cashback, and the ability to make UNLIMITED virtual cards under 1 parent card.
1️⃣1️⃣ - Presentation + Banner Creation: Canva
Canva has come a long way.
You can create incredible business proposals and presentations and even record them inside Canva.
Create for making sales/promo banners, logos, etc.
1️⃣2️⃣ - Social Media: Hootsuite
Allows you to post on unlimited social media platforms at the same time.
This has saved our Customer Service team a ton of time and headaches.
1️⃣3️⃣ - SEO & Keyword Research: Ahrefs
Semrush has added some neat features that Ahrefs does not have.
But in my opinion, for DA rankings, general keywords & backlink research it's not even close.
Ahrefs takes the cake.
1️⃣4️⃣ - Customer Service Phone Support: Aircall
Excellent all around.
Has an amazing analytics dashboard to monitor the performance of the team.
The SMS feature is great, we use this a lot as well.
1️⃣5️⃣ - Customer Satisfaction Survey: Postcall
This integrates with Aircall easily.
It asks every customer how their experience was and to rate it out of 10.
1️⃣6️⃣ - Live Chat: Chatra
Without a doubt the best live chat app for Shopify.
Allows you to see the customer's cart and what is in it, what they are typing before they send the message, and the IP/location they're viewing from.
Has great features other tools lack.
1️⃣7️⃣ - Project Management: Monday(.com)
Incredible project management tool.
Great for hosting onboarding modules, as well as contact information and SOPs for our suppliers.
I use Notion for personal organization in terms of my store.
1️⃣8️⃣ - Recording SOPs: Loom, Tango, & Nimbus
Loom for videos.
Tango for document & step-by-step.
Nimbus Screen Capture for screenshots (Chrome extension)
