Incorrect, this is a contradicting statement, that which is impossible does not fall under qudra. Saying Allah does not lie but, has power over lying is a Mu'tazilah belief as Imam Abu Hassan Al-Asharī himself mentioned. Stop spreading misguidance. Repent!
