HR Business Partner
Salary: 500 USD per month
Khartoum Montessori Schools is a world-class Montessori school and the first of it's kind in Sudan. KMS has around 50 full time staff who all working towards setting new standards for young generation.

This is stand-alone role overseeing staff in the schools with high potential of expansion.
Responsibilities/Accountability :
Develop strategic direction and general HR support to staff
Develop policies,establish and administer employee’s records system based on labor law.

Oversee administrative support function, communicate and negotiate with external suppliers.
Managing recruitment & selection activities ensure the best talents are attracted and retained
Design effective reward system, preparing, Implement and process staff payroll.

Person Specifications:
University Degree, preferably in Business Admin, Management or related field
At least 3 years previous experience in HR role in which two years preferably, within education setting environment
Excellent skills with good command of English and MS Office

Ability to influence and challenge other.
* Excellent knowledge of labor law /social security
