1. Transformational leadership
Best used with new team members.
Leaders need motivated teams that align with a shared vision.
Keep the energy up and teach them what you're expecting from them and the quality you're looking for.
Ensure they're in line with the vision.

2. Laissez-faire leadership

This is the best way to achieve your employee's full potential.
With experienced teams, I delegate as much as possible then I focus on strategy and vision.

I recommend using this style in times of crisis or emergencies.
Under these circumstances, the team needs a clear direction and to execute as fast as possible.
But be careful, this style is the easiest way to burn your team if used too often.
