Don't just focus on what is going wrong.
Make sure to look at what is going right.

Sometimes all it takes is looking at something from a different angle.

Don't just sit around waiting for something to happen.
4. What don’t I want?
Know what your nonnegotiables are.
Never settle for anything less.
5. What do I want?
Focus on your vision for your life.
Set goals and chase them daily.
6. What would my ideal self do in this situation?
Your best version makes the best decisions.
Never decide out of fear or doubt.
7. How can I afford this?
You may not have the money in hand, but you can find a way.
Get creative and figure out how to make it happen.
8. If I had a gun to my head, how would I accomplish X?
When our backs are against the wall, we have to fight back.
Trust your gut.
9. If I were to know the answer, what is it?
I will say it again...

Sometimes all you can do is the next right thing.
Just keep moving forward.

Reach out to someone who can help you.
Sometimes one phone call is all it takes to solve an issue.

You love comfort, but that is not always the best path.
Don't avoid hard things, choose your hard.

Toxic people can ruin your life.
Surround yourself with people who fill you with drive and encourage you.

Growth is real, look at problems as opportunities instead of obligations.
15. How can I reframe this problem to make it positive?
Always look at ways you can find the positive in a situation.
Even the worst ones have some silver lining.

Your mind would like to trick you into saying something is wrong.
Always take a step back and make sure it is real.

Take a breath, and remind yourself of what you are grateful for.
The problem usually goes away after this.

One habit can change your life.

If you are straying away from them, stop and go back to where you belong.

Because after all failure is the best teacher.

Don't do anything that doesn't take you to a higher sense of being.

If you are at fault, own it.
Often times we like to blame others when we are the reason for the issue.
23. How do I un-decide this negative belief pattern?
It may take radical change or just simply saying enough is enough.
Either way, release the negative energy and let the positivity flow.
