Apart from making the world seem smaller and the power it wield in creating frequency bias on so many areas, social media has brought closer the madness in each of our minds to our faces as well as a lot of our eccentricities.
The internet has made it easy to present, showcase
and display things to a lot of people without being in front of a lot of people.
And when people say the world has gotten "badder " they think of things like homosexuality which is really not that the world has gotten any crazier than yesteryears.
Since ages past tons of boys
have always been wanting to fvck boys the shame surrounding that forestalled a lot and those who dared to go on such venture most of the time lived it in secrecy while the huge difference today is just that queer people now have more freedom of expression.
And that is really just it, freedom of expression has met a lot of things, nothing started today, humans have always been nursing a lot of eccentricities since ages past.
The idea that the world has gotten more rotten is something well entrenched in religious teaching
of apocalypse and freedom of expression that has met a lot of things religion speak against or try to suppress.
In fact it can be argued that the world has become much better for humans than aged past in more areas than it prove to be bad:
Women right, retrenchment of harmful religious practices, reduction in racial segregation to some reasonable level, great advancement in medicine and healthcare, massive improvement in transportation and communication and a great reduction in war and killing as a sport...
it's not today,
madness has always reside in the heart of men.
