The Visualization Technique to FEEL Everything You desire

Thank you, aight, let's dive straight in:
Philosophers, they sometimes are vague and general that it’s almost like astrology, that once in a blue moon they’re right, but more often than not they’re not. The Musashi quote is such a time.
Humans are LITERAL.
So here’s the thing: Musashi meant it LITERALLY.
Everything, including EVERY emotion, is within You.
We’ll return to this statement, in a moment.
First:

Basically, unless you don’t get X, you’re gonna be unhappy. Miserable.
"If I don’t get X money, X women, X cars, X watches, X experience, fuck it, I’m unhappy."
This is NO way to live.
They say the chase is better than the catch, but dont chase bc it implies inherently—
—that you’re “just” chasing, and that potentially, there’s either no reward, no end goal.
And the brain is not designed for this: you’re gonna end up thinking, and feeling, why the fuck am I doing this, and how long is it gonna last...
...and what's the fucking point?
So here's THE Visualization technique, which doesn’t need Permission Slips to Feel a Certain way
(happy, powerful, successful, loved, pimp, MF boss, etc.)
1 Identify What is bothering you
Giving an example straight away:
Let’s say you're on Insta, and you see an Influencer with an Exotic car, Lambo or smth. You feel Something. Instantly. Could be inspiration, but if something is Bothering you, this is a sign. Time to FIX it. We don’t shove things under the rug, here. Fix.
2 Identify Why it is Bothering You
The fact that it is bothering you, is a sign of envy. Why does it make you envious?
You want to have X money, too. You want to own that car, you want to drive it, look cool, feel powerful, get women, and be the fucking man.
3 Write up the False Desire Contract
So you’re saying: "Unless I get that car, that lifestyle, I am going to be unhappy. This is the contract you’re making, if you keep reacting with feelings to an external image, provided by you.
This example of the IG, perhaps blow out of proportions, but one can imagine many people can fall for the fame, money, power traps of society.
4 Nullify The Contract
It’s okay to have big bold lofty goals, we’re not dream crushers. I encourage you to chase seemingly impossible dreams, and be ambitious. That’s okay. But it's about always being in state, the proper state.
And the Chasing (Lambos) State is no bueno, far from ideal. It makes you needy, scarce [the reverse of Abundant: what we want].
So let’s do the Visualization Technique.
Close your eyes, and think about what you wanted. We’ll use the Lambo example again, its ezy, but the steps of this technique can be applied to anything.
You want the lambo. See it. What color is it? What model? Where are you?
What’s the weather? Fill in all the details. Get in the car. Feel the leather. The features, use em. Play on your favorite tunes. Turn on the engine. What does it sound like? You’re driving the car, down X road, of X city, people looking at you, How does that make You Feel? Why?
5 Feel All The Emotions Right Now
Let’s say you’re doing the Visualization Technique, you’re driving in the Lambo. And you’re feeling:
-powerful
-G
-good
-so happy
-so fun, jovial, smiling asf
-groovy
-alive
-full of life and spice and energetic, woohoo
Now comes the sauce:
Wait a minute, you’re feeling all these emotions RIGHT NOW.
Now you snap out of the visualization, into reality.
You don’t OWN item X, the lambo, you are not really experiencing it, but Visualizing it, Feeling It, LIVING it, in your internality, your inner world.
You realize, it’s just emotions, you can feel RIGHT NOW, if you train your mind to the above steps, in precise order. You don’t NEED to have ANYTHING, to feel a certain way.
You have Access to Every Emotion you want.
Everything is Within.
So some of you might say: "Oh you’re just visualizing, nothing new here."
Yuh, But it’s in the SPECIFICITY where the value lies. The power. It’s extremely important to be AWARE. Self-Aware.
You get “triggered” by a neural image, either provided externally, or internally.
SUMMARY
You see it. It’s a literal image, or a phrase, or a word, or song, or a feeling. It makes you “uneasy”. Go STRAIGHT into the technique laid out above, go through the steps, and find out WHY you create a bullshit contract: so I am saying I want X, or I will be unhappy...
...nullify the contract by realizing how ridiculous the contract is.
Visualize how it would feel like if you got X, and then realize you simply already have access to the emotions you wanted so badly.
