looks like Lambeth is going ahead with installing 50 more cycle hangers (phase 6 of its roll-out). I always enjoy reading the objections and officer responses moderngov.lambeth.gov.uk
best objection I've seen so far is "Cyclists (and I have a bicycle myself) can put their bikes in their hallways, surely?"
and the prize for the best officer response goes to this reply to an objection on the grounds a cycle hanger would create noise:
"I am responding to the Lambeth consultation regarding the location of cycle hangers in my road, Trinity Rise.
I have the following points to make:
1. There has not been adequate consultation." 🥲
