Short thread about Hazrat #Khadija (RA), the Prophet Muhammad's beloved wife. Some sources mention that when the Prophet would go for his frequent meditations in the cave of Hira on top of Mountain of Light (Jabal Nur), it was Khadija who would bring him supplies. [1/7]
When we visited Mecca last month, and I saw the immensity of the mountain (each of the white dots in the first photo are people climbing the mountain, which takes 1.5 to 2 hours), i was reminded that prophethood is not a one-man operation, but indeed takes teamwork.

This is how the oldest biography of the Prophet characterizes her: "She was the first to believe in God and His messenger, and in the truth of his message. Through her, God lightened the burden of His prophet.... [3/7]
He never met with contradiction and charges of falsehood, which saddened him, but God comforted him by her when he went home. She strengthened him, lightened his burden, proclaimed his truth, and belittled menβs opposition. May God Almighty have mercy upon her... " [4/7]
What a beautiful reminder of the Prophet's statement: "I was sustained through her love." Ψ₯ΩΩΩΩΩ ΩΩΨ―Ω Ψ±ΩΨ²ΩΩΩΨͺΩ ΨΩΨ¨ΩΩΩΩΨ§ " ."
